As I write this column many of you are preparing for your  trip to Hershey after a two year hiatus. If it is like anything  else I have attended that was cancelled last year due to Covid  it will be better than before mainly because we are so happy  to see our old friends. I don’t go to Hershey often because it is  so far, but I am  planning on attending this year and we intend  to have a gathering of REO folks, like we did at the Chickasha  (Oklahoma) Meet this past Spring. Since our July Board Meeting, the various groups are busy  working on the various projects: the redesign of our website;  obtaining the copyright for the word “REO” and “Reo Club  of America; and amendments to four of our Club’s bylaws.  I should have more information on these initiatives in the  January/February 2022 Echo. While the new Club website is  being designed, rebuilt and installed our old website is pretty  much stagnate.   I ask that you be patient during this transition.   When the new website is up and running, I will announce and  introduce our new Webmaster. The rebuild and redesign of our Club’s website is a very  important initiative. In this rebuild we are incorporating a  forum where members can discuss items of interest (how to  do it, where to find a supplier of services, looking fir a part, or  whatever) by type of REO. If you have ideas of what you want  this forum to look like or do…..speak up now….and share those  thoughts with me or with Dave Marshall our Club’s Liaison for  Electronic Media PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND OUR 2022 REO  MEET in St Jacobs, Ontario CANADA, (which is in the  Toronto, Ontario area) 11-14 July 2022. PLEASE start now to  get your passports in order and to make hotel reservations at  either of the two host hotels. Ron and Marg Martin, our Meet  […]
